Mallorca🌴🇪🇸: The best place to visit in autumn

Hello travelers!

Another day, another travel post… Today, I’m going to tell you about my autumn holidays. I haven’t had time to sit down and put it together earlier so here we go! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy this short but visually rich post 😉.

5 days, 3 girls and 1 island to explore! Shall we?

Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late at night. The airport in Palma was practically empty and quite well organized. We took a cab to Peguera (20 mins- 40eur)- small town on the west. Our 3 ⭐ hotel Vibra Beverly Playa surprised us with the nice warm welcome- the most beautiful fireworks on the water. The room view, location and the breakfast was definitely worth 5⭐.

Peguera is a tourist heaven and it offers many activities like boat trips, dolphin watching, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, hotels of course and large sandy beaches with the turquoise sea. I must say that the sea was as warm as the one in Egypt which I didn’t expect at all. It was hard to get out of the water, but sunbathing and eating fresh fruit is just as important, right?

After a sunny day at the beach, we decided to explore a bit and visit another part of town.

We spent most of the time relaxing and eating😁 but visiting the capital was definitely a PLAN. The local buses run every hour or so (sometimes, they don’t, haha), but if you don’t want to waste your precious time on the island, take a taxi.

Palma de Mallorca

This city will seduce you the moment you arrive. All the palm trees, blue skies, parks and of course one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Europe. We could not choose a better time than sunset. One feels very small standing next to this majestic object.

We got some bits and pieces in a souvenir shop next to the cathedral and continued our walk to the streets of Palma. We dined at a Tapas place I can’t remember the name, did some shopping in ZARA and had the best ice cream in Plaza Major. It was too great to be photographed, sorry😀.

Palma was magical and I would love to go back one day and explore more. Next day, we went on a boat ride to see the dolphins. It was amazing to see those beautiful creatures swimming freely and happily far away from the shore. I felt like a little child screaming every time they jumped out of the water. Our planet might be in a big trouble but there is still so much innocent beauty in it.

Well, that is probably all! Let me know in the comments below if you ever visited Mallorca. I’m taking a little break from traveling (saving money for some winter exotic) but I will post beauty and fashion content as well so stay tuned…

Lots of love in the meantime,

by L.L.
