TRAVEL DIARY FROM BALATON: Lavender heaven

There is no better way how to celebrate the 25th birthday than visiting these beautiful lavender fields in Hungarian Provence (Pannonhalma). They look really pretty and visitors can collect lavender and create small bouquets. Lavender is quite aromatic and is often used dried for teas, lemonades, spices and cooking and baking in general.
